With a big game on Thursday and a final on Sunday, there are bound to be changes. At a minimum, Varane will likely be rested, and Sabitzer will get a run-out. McTominay may be on the bench, but as expected, Martial and Antony are unlikely to feature. It would be nice to rest more players. However, the deputies don’t exist.

At the back, Dalot and Shaw start out wide. It could well be Malacia and Wan-Bissaka with Shaw playing centrally. Varane is due a rest so Maguire or Lindelof come in beside Martinez who was suspended against Barcelona.
Fernandes is long overdue a rest but is probably the best athlete there has been at the club in years and happy to play every three days. If there was a game to rest him it would be this but we doubt it’ll happen. A midfield of Fernandes, Sabitzer and Fred should be more than good enough.
It is the ideal game to rotate some of our other forwards but most aren’t available. Weghorst will probably start and Rashford wants to play every game. Sancho is back after a long layoff and the last few appearances. Despite that, we’d go Garnacho, Rashford, Sancho as our starters.
This could be an unrecognisable starting eleven due to the big upcoming games but hopefully, it’s not too experimental. If we see Lindelof holding midfield then we may be in for a long day against a recently improved Leicester.
Prediction 3-1
Leicester are improving but United should be too good for them. An early United goal and Leicester could revert to the form that has seen Rodger’s position under threat.
